How do you protect my information?

Are products able to be returned?

All product purchases are final.  See issues below we honor and replacements.  This includes apparel and accessories.  5 Star Rated auto detailing services are 100% guaranteed satisfaction.

How do I purchase gift cards?

Products are supplied with ability to “Ship to a Different Address” and you may add “Order Notes” in the Online Checkout.  Auto detailing gift cards are purchased the same.  Selecting “Ship to a Different Address” provides address of the person you are purchasing.  Simply, add any “Order Notes” and we will contact you for any other information needed.

Where are Eco Auto Detailing services available?

Vehicle detailing services are available in the Jacksonville metro area.  Service locations can be found our Services page.  If you are unsure what service is best, contact methods are provided below.

When are products shipped?

Products are shipped within 1-2 days once an order is purchased online.  Most orders should be received within 5-7 business days.

What areas do you ship?

Available in the United States only and includes all 50 states.

What is the shipping fee?

A standard shipping fee of $4.95 applies to products.  Auto detailing services do not apply since shipping isn’t required.

What if I have an issue when a product is purchased?

All products are inspected and shipped by Wash Ninja.  We do not use a third party company.  We honor issues that arise including shipping mishandling.  Please contact us and we will either send a replacement, or offer a refund once the product is shipped back to us.

How do you give back to the environment?

When am I billed?

Once a purchase is made, your credit card will be billed and then shipped.
